ReStyle B processes all photo editing entirely on your device (on-device). Photos are never sent to or stored on our servers. You can use the app instantly as a guest without signing in; creating an account (optional social login) and consenting to marketing are entirely optional.

1. Purposes of Collection and Use

• Service delivery: On-device AI editing (makeup, hair color, background, contour/body retouch, filters) on your chosen photo
• Account management (optional): When you choose social login — member identification, keeping you signed in, support
• Marketing (consenting users only): Sending notifications about new features, events and offers to users who opted in
• Improvement & statistics: Non-identifying statistics such as country/language to improve quality
• Advertising (if applicable): If ads are introduced later, ad delivery and service improvement

2. Data We Collect and Process

a. Photos/Images — processed on device, NOT collected by our servers

• Images taken with the camera or chosen from your album are processed only inside your device for editing, and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

b. Account/Member data — only if you sign in / consent

• On social login (Google): email, profile name and photo, social account identifier (UID)
• Guest identifier (a random ID generated by the app), app language and country (estimated from device settings)
• Marketing consent status and consent date & terms version (kept as a record)
• Push notification token (FCM) — issued and stored only if you consent to marketing

c. Device permissions: Camera (capture), Photos/Media (load & save results), Notifications (if marketing consented)

d. Advertising ID (ADID): May be collected via Google AdMob if advertising is introduced later.

3. Third-Party Provision and Processing

• Photo data never leaves your device, so it is not provided to any third party.
• Authentication & push processing: Google LLC — Firebase Authentication (social login) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (push delivery). Member/consent data is stored on our server (restyle.kr).
• If ads are introduced later, only the Advertising ID (ADID) may be used by Google AdMob for ad delivery.

4. Retention and Destruction

• Photos used for editing are processed temporarily on device and released; we do not retain them.
• Account/member data is retained until you withdraw your account or revoke consent; upon withdrawal it is destroyed or anonymized without delay.
• If you revoke marketing consent, your push token is deleted and you are removed from marketing recipients.

5. Marketing Consent and Withdrawal

• Marketing messages are sent only with your separate, explicit consent (no pre-checked boxes).
• You can opt in or out anytime via Menu > Marketing notifications in the app.

6. How to Delete Your Account/Data

• In-app: After signing in, go to Menu > Delete account to delete your account and member data directly (processed immediately).
• By request: You may request deletion at 707kib@gmail.com, and we will act without delay.

7. Permissions

• Camera: to take a photo to edit / Photos·Media: to load photos and save results
• Notifications: to show push if you consent to marketing / Internet: member sync and (if introduced) ad loading
• You may deny each permission; doing so may limit the related feature.

8. Protection of Children Under 14

• This app does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14. Please sign in only with your own account.

9. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

• You may request to access, correct, delete, suspend processing of, or withdraw consent for your personal data.
• Exercise these directly via in-app Delete account / Marketing notifications toggle, or by contacting the officer below.

10. Security Measures

• On-device processing: All AI computation runs inside your device, minimizing exposure from external transmission.
• Photos are never sent to external servers or cloud AI (OpenAI, AWS, etc.); member data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS.
