Rivata — Delete your account and data

Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open Rivata → Settings (⚙) → Account
- Tap Delete account at the bottom → confirm
- Your account and all server data listed below are deleted immediately, and you are signed out.
If you can't use the app (e.g. already uninstalled)
- Email 707kib@gmail.com from the Google or Apple address you used to sign in, subject Rivata account deletion. We confirm by reply and delete within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your account link (user ID, email, display name) and device registrations
- Synced data: memories, persona settings, app settings, AI key, alarms
- Character creation orders: the submitted photo, name and settings, and the order history
- Purchase records on our server (Google Play and the App Store keep their own purchase history under their policies)
What is kept
- Server access logs (IP, time, request path) for up to 90 days for security
- Records we must keep by law (e.g. tax records of paid transactions)
Character files already downloaded to your devices stay on those devices until you uninstall the app. You can also delete individual memories, alarms and characters inside the app without deleting the account.
